1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, please make sure that:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and packed in its original retail box.

  • All included accessories, manuals, and promotional items must be returned with the product.

2. How to Request a Return

If you experience any issues with your order, simply reach out to us:

  2. Share your Order Number along with a clear photo or short video showing the defect/damage.

  3. Our team will verify the details and provide you with the return warehouse address.

3. Replacements & Refunds

  • Free Replacements: If your item is faulty, we will send a brand-new replacement unit to your doorstep at absolutely zero extra cost.

  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund, the amount will be processed back via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of physical damage caused by improper usage or drops after delivery.

  • Packages returned without their original retail box or missing accessories.
