3. Replacements & Refunds

Free Replacements: If your item is faulty, we will send a brand-new replacement unit to your doorstep at absolutely zero extra cost.

Refunds: If you prefer a refund, the amount will be processed back via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of physical damage caused by improper usage or drops after delivery.
