Please note that couriers do not allow opening the parcel before handing over the payment/consignment signature due to standard company protocols.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Your shipments are fully insured. If a package arrives physically damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and immediately report it to our customer support. If your package is confirmed lost by our courier partner, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
