Receive & Pay: Once the parcel arrives, inspect your product and pay the exact invoice amount in cash to the delivery rider.

Exact Change: We request our customers to keep the exact cash amount ready to avoid any inconvenience for the rider.
Availability: Please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the shipment during working hours.
Opening the Parcel: Please note that as per courier policies, you are required to pay for the parcel before opening it. However, your purchase is covered by our 7-day replacement/return policy in case of any technical issue.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order to avoid shipment dispatch.
